COVID-19 Cleaning & Reopening Protocols for the Restaurant Industry

With COVID-19 restrictions, restaurants are faced with difficult questions that must be addressed for cleaning and before reopening.  This online class is designed to educate the staff on the protocols outlined by the CDC on proper cleaning and safety protocols concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.  Upon completion, staff that complete the training will be certified through IndustrialHygiene.Training.

Participants receive a Window Sticker for display, a downloadable icon for the website, and a Course Completion Certificate indicating the time, content, and a unique certificate number for the course completed.

Description

This course covers the following:
  • How can we protect our employees and customers from the disease while in our restaurant?
  • How do we assure our customers that we are doing all we can to protect them from the disease?
  • How can we minimize the risk of disease transmission if those that are ill or those who have had contact with positive COVID-19 people that enter our restaurant?
  • What do we do if a customer is sick or not following guidelines?
